Stairs lead up from the pool deck to the main living area, with surrounding balcony, and a spacious lounge, kitchen, and double bedroom. Overlooking the pool and sea views, the airy living room opens onto the surrounding deck with foldaway glass doors, and is furnished with a sumptuous leather sofa set arranged around a coffee table, and equipped with a high-end stereo system with iPod connection, projector and outdoor speakers. Across from the living room is the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar, with a separate staff kitchen located on the floor below for completely unobtrusive catering.
