The Private sand-washed carport neighbors a spacious living room and dining area which consists of an impressive 50 inch LCD TV with a state of the art Bose surround sound system, satellite TV with over sixty channels and a hard drive with over five hundred different movies to select from. While enjoying the impressive home entertainment system guests can relax on a 10 seater 'L curve' lounge in the comfort air conditioning or a large overhead fan.




 Although the Kitchen is complete with a large wine chiller, stainless steel oven, cook tops, sink and microwave, this area is allocated for personal use of guests as all in Villa meals are prepared below in the Staff kitchen. Alongside side the Staff quarters is an air conditioned Gym appointed with all essential equipment for a good work out such as a bench press machine, exercise bike, treadmill and a steam room/shower.

Samaras garden flourishes within its walls between contemporary European outdoor furnishings and elegant Thai ornaments that complement remarkable features of the villa.
