    Originally built in 1904 as the official residence of the highest british representative of the malay states, this boutique hotel features 13 elegant victorian-style suites set amidst 1.5 hectares of lush landscaping. each suite is unique and derives its name from selected malaysian states, offering luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms with dressing areas and living rooms that look out over manicured gardens. the hotel also features banqueting facilities for up to 350 people, french cuisine and fine malay restaurants, a relaxing bar and the drawing room serving traditional english afternoon tea.
