Baan Hin Ngam Villa Rooms & Accommodation

The Bedrooms:

In addition to astonishing sea and cliff views, bedrooms at Baan Hin Ngam contain inbuilt pedestal beds with pocket coil mattresses and memory foam toppers.

All bedlinens are pure cotton and pillows and duvets and mattress pads are non-allergenic. Sliding glass doors and roman blinds allow you to sleep in or enjoy the view. Both bedrooms have built-in work areas and powerpoints for those who need to combine business with pleasure. Pop-up powerpoints allow you to charge your phone while you sleep, and lighting and fan controls are located conveniently above the headboard.

The Kitchen:

This is a true cook's kitchen complete with quality stainless cookware, under shelf microwave, stainless cooker hood and 3 burner countertop hob. A side-by-side fridge- freezer completes the major appliances. The kitchen is also equipped with high quality chef's knives, red and white wine glasses and place settings for 8. A toaster, french coffee press, blender, salad spinner, cocktail shaker, electric kettle and many other kitchen tools are included to provide you with everything you need to dine in. The island doubles as a seating / food prep area and the open shelves allow you to find what you are looking for at a glance.

The Lounge:

The open plan lounge area is the heart of the house. Folding glass doors blend the indoor and outdoor living spaces while clean modern design furrniture is attractive, functional and comfortable without detracting from the dramatic views outside.

A 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player occupy the built in entertainment centre. Music is provided by an NAD amplifier and PSB speakers with computer/Ipod input. HDMI and VGA cables are provided to allow you to use your laptop as an entertaniment center.

Built-in shelves provide ample storage and host a growing library and dvd collection.

The Roof:

The roof deck provides an uninterrupted 300 degree view of Chaloklam Bay, Ao Hin Ngam and the inland mountains of Koh Phan Ngan. A covered sala with 2 large lounge beds provide the perfect place to watch the bay change colours at dusk, see the full moon rise or just relax under the stars.
