Since pioneering the over-water bungalow concept in the Maldives in 1988, Vadoo Resort’s over-water cottages have been among the best in the Maldives. Vadoo over-water cottages have yet again won the “Best Water Cottage” award presented by dive and travel magazines such as “Marine Diving” (Japan) in 2004. This prestigious award is even recognized by the official tourism organization of the Maldives. The cottages are built on stilts, with private sun decks and direct access to the sea.
