| About Maenam Sawan Villa | |
| Maenam Sawan Thai for heaven is situated in a quiet and picturesque hillside location with views over Maenam Bay. Your first impression of this villa is from the private road that winds its way past the extensive lawned gardens to the rear of the property where you will find a large covered car port that has room for several vehicles. At the entrance to the villa is a shallow lily pond and a wooden bridge from the lounge straddles the pond to a small, well maintained, garden that also runs the length of the building. The entrance hallway leads to the terrazzo pool, large sun terrace and main living area. A staircase from the villa entrance gives access to the lower level of the villa. The pool features a swim -up bar and pool-side sala with comfortable L-shaped built- in seating and an attractive bamboo wall. As you leave the sunken pool -side bar, stone steps lead to the top level of the villa. To the right and directly above the pool side bar is a sun terrace with a feature sail canopy. This area has superb views and has both comfortable sofas and a dining area that can comfortably seat eight. |
