• All villa rates are subject to 15% local tax which will be added during payment and is not shown/included on the booking summary
• Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.
• Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above.
