• All villa rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT which is not included in above rates
• Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.
• Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above.
• Rates include Continental breakfast, prepared daily by the in-villa employees EXCEPT Layan Estate N, Villa Natai, Sai Taan Villa 2, Villa Rouge, Villa Lumiere and Plantations A2.
• Baby cot provided free of charge on request.
• Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
• Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).
