Essentially our Travel Agent Program is the same as our affiliate program. If you are a travel agent that wish to signup with us all you have to do is to produce regular bookings. Please use the standard signup procedure and we will activate your account. In order to avoid normal customer's signing up, we will not make any payout until you have produced more than 5+ bookings.

IBOOK247 PARTNER AGREEMENT This agreement establishes the terms of relationship between IBOOK247 (247SIAM CO., LTD) ("the company") and the partner ("the partner "), both sides agree that: 1. The company operates a travel reservation system which provides distribution, rates and bookings for hotel and other property types in Thailand and a variety of activities including but not limited to scuba diving, airport transfers, sightseeing tours and so forth. While the partner has agreed that they will promote our product online and /or offline means to customers on the terms set out in this agreement. 2. The Partner will complete the application form via our site and the company will give instant access to it's content. The company may check the partner's details at and time and reserve the right to reject and/or revoke access for reason deemed necessary without giving warning or reason for doing so. Any partner found to be using our content on sites promoting sexual, violent, discriminatory or illegal content will immediately have their access revoked. 3. Our acceptance of your application to become an Partner means you are authorized to establish links to IBOOK247 (247SIAM CO., LTD) ("Web site") from your web site ("Partner Web site") to promote and enable bookings for the products. We will also provide you with all graphical and technical support required to execute the program. You are also allowed to point your name servers to our's using our advanced features. 4. Commission levels range from 50% upto 95% of the company's margin after government tax and operating costs have been deducted. Payouts are done bi-weekly or monthly depending on partner's turn over. A comprehensive online summary available is available with the partner's control panel. Partners will be paid only following guest's departure from the hotel. Depending on the partner's status as a private person, company and whether or not the partner is residing within our outside Thailand, there may also be a deduction for witholding tax etc. The company reserves the right to change the commission level and/or the calculation method at any time, but will post such changes on the website. 5. In consideration for the commission, the Partner agrees to use the best effort to promote the products for IBOOK247 (247SIAM CO., LTD) on the Partner website. The Partner will not promote this affiliation outside the scope of the Links without our express prior to written consent that will be given or withheld in our sole discretion. The Partner may not modify any of our images and content. The Company reserves all rights for the icons, our trade names and trademarks. 6. This Agreement shall automatically terminate on the date on which we no longer maintain the Partner Program contemplated hereunder. Additionally, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing notice (including via e-mail) to the other party. We may also terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement or that your Web site(s) is unsuitable to participate in this Partner Program. Together with all other provisions that may reasonably be interpreted as surviving termination or expiration of this Agreement will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
