Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy:-All Inqury and Booking confirmation
- Cancellation: Full Moon & Peak Period - Cancellation made before 30 days prior to arrival is fully refunded by hotel, 15% will be charge of the total of the reservation by agents for cancellation fee. - 30 - 14 days will be charged penalty fee of 1 night plus 15% of the total of the reservation - Cancellation made less than 14 days will be non refundable plus 15% of the total of the reservation
- Cancellation policy:-All Inqury and Booking confirmation
- Normal period: - Early check out will be charged 1 full night plus 20% of total remaining balance unless other notice and plus 15% of the total of the reservation. - In case of late arrival or postpone arrival date, please inform the resort at least 72 hrs. before or will be applied like 'no-show'. - No show within 24 hours without any contact will lead to a cancellation of booking at 12.00 hrs. of the next day without refund
