Activities   
Ko Lanta is home to a rich diversity of animal and plant life. The Lanta National Marine Park archipelago comprises over 70 small islands, many of which are uninhabited. The National Park ensures these islands remain truly unspoiled. Many islands nearby have fabulous underwater reef ecosystems, which are home to a huge diversity of marine life and colourful coral formations. Many islands boast magnificent powder-white sandy beaches and are well worth a visit.

Many people come to Ko Lanta to experience some of the world's best scuba diving. The Andaman Sea is home to the some of the most diverse sea life in the world that provides superb diving and excellent underwater photography. The island also offers many other great activities and tours that are suitable for every member of the family, including snorkeling, hiking , caving, boat tours, fishing and kayaking or you can rent a Jeep or motorbike if you would like to explore the island by yourself.



Baan Laanta Restaurant   
Baan Laanta Restaurant is nestled right on the beach of Ba Kan Tieng with magnificent views of the curved beachfront.

Our restaurant is open daily from 07:00 - 22:00 serving mainly Thai dishes and a variety of select and popular international dishes such as European, Indian and Malaysian specialities. Guests can enjoy our fresh BBQ corner where you can make your own selection of seafood delivered daily by local fishermen.

Our drinks menu offers a variety of imported wines, champagnes as well as all popular local drinks. We also have Thai classical performances and a daily fire show.








Beach Bar   
Our Aqua bar is open daily from noon to midnight. Built in the basic Thai style, it is a hut with a thatched roof. This quaint bar overlooks the beach and is itself a shady oasis from the heat of the sun. Seating is provided in the form of bar stools or lounge-style chairs.

The bar offers a variety of drinks - both classy imported labels and popular local drinks as well as exotic cocktails.
