| Dining options abound with several restaurants and bars and a well-stocked wine cellar. The Dining Room offers fine dining with Italian cuisine and features a glass floor with a creek meandering beneath. The Living Room presents a marriage of world cuisine, with an emphasis on Thai, plus tandoori and pizza ovens, and an open grill, while the Chef’s Table offers a very personal dining experience for just eight guests.
A central split-level structure features a Chef’s Table on the top level, plus a cooking station wrapped around with one long table. The main dining area is on the lower level, with several private dinning pavilions scattered in the wild mangroves and plantation palms. A tranquil water feature meanders through this area – over a glass bottom floor – while organic vegetables and herbs gardens are close at hand for the freshest salads and to complement the exquisite Italian Cuisine in the Dining Room. |
